We were welcomed to Shawnee Mission Kia soon after we parked by Bryan. He showed us a place to sit down, asked us a couple inquiring questions and was on it! He soon had the car with color we requested a parked by Bryan. He showed us a place to sit down, asked us a couple inquiring questions and was on it! He soon had the car with color we requested and passed us to Stone. Stone took us for a test drive in our Optima. He familiarized us with the vehicle, answered our questions and was very courteous. Stone walked us through the buying process and wasn't the "typical" car salesman looking to make a deal. We felt his genuineness, honesty, and interest in our needs. Stone then passed us to Mark Pritchard. Mark is a professional at his duties there at Kia. I believe it takes a special kind of man to repeatedly walk buyers through the paperwork. He explained the warranty, and different options concerning gap insurance, interior and exterior coverage etc. He too was very polite, and treated us with dignity and respect. Sunday, when we dropped off our trade-in, Tony was there to meet us. He also met us with a smile, and even though he didn't sell us the car, sure was kind and genuine.
