Even though I was happy with the vehicle, he did not have me engaged enough to take that next step. we left and went to Shawnee Mission Kia- I really did not think that we would leave with a car, but we did. Bryan and his team were friendly, enthusiastic and informative. I love this! During our visit, i received a phone call that my son had been in a roll over accident. as you can imagine, i was in a panic, especially since i live an hour and 15 minutes from the dealership. knowing that i needed to go, Bryan was able to get us out and on the road asap. my son ended up being fine (thank god for seatbelts).. other than the family emergency, it was a good experience and i appreciate their time late on a sunday...
