Unfortunately an apology does not make up for the time and money lost due to using your services. I should have been refunded close to $200 in rental car fees, not to mention the increased insurance rates that I will have to pay due to your negligent service. On top of that, I never received a copy of the oil analysis, and your service department prevented me from having it towed to another shop. Clearly you aren't going to take responsibility for the negligent repairs made, let alone acknowledge what happened. Please be advised that I will pursue my complaint with the state Attorney General and local consumer protection offices, as I have been treated unfairly, with no attempts to remedy your negligence.
