I wanted to say a heartful thank you to David for making our visit to Shawnee Kia such a nice experience. When we went there we had no intention in purchasing a vehicle. The wife and I have purchased many new vehicles in the past and our experience with Stone Atagi and Shawnee Mission Kia was probably the best so far. They were very patient with us. Let us test drive a car overnight, take it home and really get to look at it to evaluate if it was for us, or not. It was. And we returned on a Sunday to negotiate the deal. It didn't take long (maybe 10 minutes) agree on a sales price. We countered with what we thought was fair, Shawnee Mission Kia countered with an offer that was so close to what we wanted that it wasn't worth "haggling" further. Stone got to work immediately with the car prep as we went into Finance to do the paperwork. We were at the dealership for about 2 hours (not bad based on previous experiences). The new car we bought had some very minor exterior blemishes and Shawnee Mission Kia and Baron Collision Center bent over backward to accommodate getting the paint finish perfect. We love our new Optima and we're glad we purchased it from Shawnee Mission Kia. More

Tony was a great salesman! We had been in about a month before and test drove a Sorento with Tony. He never pressured us to buy at that point and understood we wanted to do some research. We came back yesterday because we felt like the Sorento was the vehicle we wanted and we were lucky enough to get Tony again. After getting in another Sorento to test drive, Tony easily remembered us because of our great taste in music. :) I thought that it was impressive that he remembered our conversations from a month ago when we were only there for about 15 minutes. After test driving again, we knew we wanted the vehicle, but had to get the price we wanted. We never felt pressured to buy, and got a number that we were comfortable with. Everyone else we came in contact with was very friendly and we never felt taken advantage of. We walked out feeling great about our new SUV, and even better about our experience. My experience with Shawnee Mission Kia and Rocco Morando was awesome! I've never walked into a car dealership and had to wait for a salesman to help me-usually they're coming out of the woodwork! I only had to wait 5 minutes or so and am so glad I did--Rocco was assigned to me and he was absolutely great to work with! Very professional, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and has a killer smile!
