Very angry I am very very very angry at Kia's used car dealer ship. The first time I called to inquire about a car I was told yes they still have the car, then c I am very very very angry at Kia's used car dealer ship. The first time I called to inquire about a car I was told yes they still have the car, then come to find out it WAS already sold, ok. I decided to go in on a Sunday and look at 3 other cars that I was interested in and decided to buy the one of my choice, and did all of the paper work, Monday morning I contacted my bank, contacted the dealership to fax the information to the bank. Then late that Monday afternoon the Kia calls to tell me the car had already been sold on Friday. This car was on the site SUNDAY, nothing about it being sold. I work, live over 60 miles away, I lost a day of work for a car that was already sold. I asked why their system didnt indicate it being sold when I was there in the process of purchasing it on a Sunday if had been already sold Friday, I was told it wasnt processed correctly, very very very poor management I'd say. The young, new guy helped me when I was there, he was great. The sales manager that I talked to on the phone prior to going and looking at the cars nor the the general manager didnt have the guts to call me and tell me it was sold they had the new guy do it and wasnt his sell. More

Excellent Car Buying Experience I saw a 2012 Subaru Outback on Cars.com and drove out to Shawnee Mission Kia to see it. From the time I walked in the door and Franki Elyasi greeted I saw a 2012 Subaru Outback on Cars.com and drove out to Shawnee Mission Kia to see it. From the time I walked in the door and Franki Elyasi greeted me to the moment I drove the Subaru off the lot, everyone was very friendly and helpful without any pressure sales tactics. Frankie worked with me on the price and Dane (the Finance guy I met with) was great at explaining options, warranties, etc again without any pressure. I have a follow up visit scheduled for some after market items and expect it will go as well as the buying process. Excellent overall car buying experience and I would definitely recommend Shawnee Mission Kia and the Pre-owned Cars sales team. More

Great buying experience! I've had the opportunity to go through the buying process with several friends and family members. I must say none of those experiences compare to the I've had the opportunity to go through the buying process with several friends and family members. I must say none of those experiences compare to the treatment I received at Shawnee Mission Kia. They not only made sure to get me approved for financing, they did so in a low-pressure environment. My salesperson Rodney made sure I not only got the best deal possible, but a vehicle I could love and was in great condition. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new car.
