We are more than thrilled to have been paired with Begi to find our new car. She was upbeat, kind and diligent in our hunt to find a car in our price range. We also had our young children with us. She offered them pizza since we were there for a long time and after closing out the dealership with a purchase our kids stated they had the best time! Our youngest even drew a picture of Begi when we got home. Anyone that can keep our kids happy and also attend to our needs with a vehicle with the kindness and patience she has shown is top notch in our book. We are happy with our purchase and will definitely be back for our other vehicle. More

At this point in life I have bought lots of cars..was totally prepared for grueling hours of bickering and haggling, headaches, screaming kids and bad coffee....NOT !!!!! He respected what I said I wanted and could do, picked out the perfect car, which is perfect for my budget and it was the most incredible experience I have EVER had at a dealership!!! He is real, he personable, he is knowledgeable, and extremely patient. He totally threw the bad car experience theory out the window!!! My daughter, who is the worlds worst cynic, left saying she would buy all her cars from Stone!! Chinn and Bobby were great as well...I really appreciate this dealership and they now have all my Auto business. I initially visited the dealership with my sister who was interested in buying an SUV. Unfortunately, negative equity in her car prevented her from finding something she liked that was within her price rang interested in buying an SUV. Stone Atagi worked with my sister until we realized that her budget constraints made a purchase at this time unrealistic. Having moved back to Missouri from Texas, I was also considering trading in my coupe for a 4-door to accommodate my sisters on our shopping and restaurant adventures and the Midwest winters. On a whim, I asked Stone to help me investigate the purchase of a sedan. He was very gracious and gave us a tour of the lot to explore some possibilities. I made my selection but decided to decline the purchase because my monthly payments would increase rather than decrease, based on the car I was interested in purchasing. So my sister and I left, disappointed but much more knowledgeable about our options. Because I was impressed with Stone and the efforts the dealership made to win our business, I decided to check for deals on the internet. I found a great deal on an internet special for an SUV and called Stone to help me pursue the purchase. That was on Wednesday, January 26th. Stone introduced me to Mike Reid in Finance who answered all my questions, worked out financing within my guidelines, and confirmed my purchase - and this was all over the phone. Stone followed up with a call to confirm my arrangements for pick up. On Thursday evening, January 27th, I went to the dealership, signed the paperwork, and drove away in my new SUV. Stone came to work on his day off and met me in the parking lot when I pulled up to make sure that everything went as scheduled. Today is Friday, January 28th, and I am an extremely happy camper! I love my car and it is so nice and comfortable size for my fiance kids and I. Antonio was our sales person and he was so awesome and friendly. We could not have asked for a better sales person. I really enjoyed the daelership and customer service and would definately recommend it to anyone, and I will tell them to ask for antonio for a sales person. More
