I walked in about 70% set on buying, but wasn't sure which model- had 3 in mind from my online searches (Forte, Optima, Sonata). He explained the whole process and was very straight-forward with me about everything. I appreciate that above all! They never pushed me to make a choice or leave even though it was close to the end of business hours. That was also very releiving! They got me in the car I wanted for the right price, then stayed late to finish my paperwork. The whole process was less stressful than I anticipated- and I'm satisfied with my car, the terms, the service, and the dealership as a whole.
