As a single woman I feel somewhat apprehensive buying a new car. Dustin made me feel like I was important and helped me throught the whole process. I had a Kia previousley purchased from another dealership and the whole experience stunk! I would not shop for new car there even though they are closer to my home. We were greeted by Thomson Omboga (T.O.) with a welcoming smile. He listened to all of the features we needed in a car. He actually listened. Then he took us to see that cars that would fit OUR needs. The whole time he was friendly and gave us 100% of his attention. He was also able to give us valuable information about the safety features that KIA’s cars presented, which was very important for me and my husband since we have 3 young children. Even my husband was impressed by T.O.’s knowledge of the cars and the ability to listen to the customer and not be pushy. We were able to get a car that fit OUR needs, not that fit his commission’s needs. We were very pleased with the customer service T.O. provided and the clean facility that Shawnee Mission Kia had. We will definitely recommend to family and friends. More

I went into Shawnee Mission Kia a few weeks ago. My Dad wanted to go with me so the salespeople couldn't take advantage of my lack of car knowledge but he wasn't able to go when I could. When I went in Mr. Omboga greeted me and asked if I needed any help. We went over the different vehicles they had available and ones that were in my price range. I found a car that I really liked, but wanted to go over everything with my Dad first, Mr. Omboga was very understanding of that. When I brought the information to him that night that Mr. Omboga provided to me my father was very pleased to see the fair prices and complete information that he gave me. When I went to sign for the car my Dad came along as well. He thanked Mr. Omboga for the honest services he provided. He liked that he wasn't pushy and didn't try to pressure me into signing the first night I went in there. He gave us room to think about the decision, he wanted to make sure I was happy with the sale. Long story short, I was very hapy with the sale, I still love my car and my Dad and I were both happy with the excellent customer service we were provided with. My Dad said he was the best car salesman he had ever dealt with and that he would definitely recommend him to all of his buddies. More

My husband and I came in to Shawnee Mission Kia at 7:30pm on a Wednesday evening in March. Nick Dudaj was very helpful and took time with us eventhough the dealership was closing in less than an hour. He and on a Wednesday evening in March. No one tried to rush us or get us out. We were able to take our time and make the decision to buy that night. They all stayed until the financing was done. We didn't leave the dealership until 10pm. It was a great buying experience. Monday evening Nick let me bring the car in to be detailed because the shop was closed that night. I was so pleased with his customer service I sent my friends in that weekend and they were just as happy! I will continue to recommend Shawnee Mission Kia and Nick to all my family and friends. Thomson made the process enjoyable. He worked hard to find the car that would meet my needs in the price range I was looking for. Nick was a very good salesman. We really liked him alot. I just wish I was shown some 2010 Kia Optima's instead of buying the 2009. Everyone at the dealership was very good to work with.
