I AM A HOMECARE RN AND HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR THE RIGHT VEHICLE TO TRADE MY FORD MUSTANG V8/GT ON. THIS HAS BEEN DIFFICULT, AS I REALLY LOVE THE MUSTANG, BUT IS NOT PRACTICAL FOR WINTER TIME AND NOT ENOUGH VEHICLE TO TRADE MY FORD MUSTANG V8/GT ON. THIS HAS BEEN DIFFICULT, AS I REALLY LOVE THE MUSTANG, BUT IS NOT PRACTICAL FOR WINTER TIME AND NOT ENOUGH ROOM FOR MY 91# MALAMUTE "YUKON". NANCY INTRODUCED HERSELF, WITH A SINCERE SMILE AND INSTEAD OF TRYING TO SELL ME JUSY ANYTHING, AS I HAD PREVIOUSLY EXPERIENCED ON OTHER CAR LOTS. WE SAT DOWN AND DECIDED WHAT VEHICLE WOULD FIT MY NEEDS. WE TALKED LIKE WE HAD KNOWN EACH OTHER FOR MORE THAN JUST A FEW MINUTES. I WAS NOT NERVOUS OR WORRIED ABOUT GETTING STUCK IN A VEHICLE THAT I DID NOT WANT. I HAD PREVIOUSLY EXPERIENCED THE "HARD SELL" TYPE OF SALES PERSON, AT OTHER DEALERSHIPS. WE WALKED THE LOT AND I ACTUALLY WAS HAVING FUN. WE WERE LOOKING AND TALKING AND NANCY WAS VERY KNOWLEDGABLE ABOUT ALL THE VEHICLES. I FOUND THAT THE SPORTAGE WAS JUST WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. I GOT THE 4 CYLINDER AND THE MILEAGE IS INCREDIBLE, COMPARED TO THE V8 MUSTANG. IT WAS A BITTER SWEET MOMENT WHEN I MADE THE DECISION TO TRADE IN THE MUSTANG, BUT NOW THAT I HAVE HAD MY RED SPORTAGE, I DON'T MISS THE MUSTANG AT ALL. MY DOG LOVES THE SPORTAGE, TOO AND THE FIRST NIGHT I HAD THE SPORTAGE, YUKON AND I SPENT HOURS JUST SITTING IN OUR NEW CAR. NANCY CALLED TO SEE HOW WE WERE DOING WITH OUR NEW SPORTAGE AND AS USUAL, SHE PRESENTS HERSELF AS PROFESSIONAL, YET WARM AND SINCERE. I HAVE ALREADY RECOMMENDED SHAWNEE MISSION KIA TO FRIENDS AND NEIGHBORS. I HAVE ASKED THEM TO REQUEST NANCY, AS SHE IS THE BEST! ROCK ON SISTA! NANCY IS AN ASSET TO YOUR TEAM! MANY THANKS AND I WILL BE BRINGING MY SPORTAGE IN FOR MAINTENANCE, AS MIKE WAS VERY FRIENDLY TOO. DANE WAS MY FINANCIAL WIZARD AND I EVEN FOUND THAT PART OF PURCHASING MY SPORTAGE ENJOYABLE. Roco was friendly, truthfull, honest, and a fair sales consultant. I ask for added on feature that should come with this beautiful car and they where granted and added on for a responsible price, and paym consultant. Thanks for listening and putting us in the vehicle we needed! I have bought many vehicles over the years and have not had many pleasant experiences inside a dealership and usually hate even entering the building (kinda like going to ther dentist), but they changed that at Shawnee Mission. Also the finance dept and Kevin Carter did a great job! I highly recommend you check them out! We had been to other dealers before going there and not given anywhere near to service, professionalism and courtesy that we had here! More

WENT TO LOOK FOR A NEW CAR AND TO NOT NECESSARILY BUY, BUT THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND NOT AT ALL PUSHY. ROCCO WAS GREAT TO TALK TO AND MADE THE WAIT FOR FINANCING COME SHORT.
