I came in not really planning to buy a car. I was just "window shopping" with a thought that if I found the right deal I would consider it. I had some very rigid criteria and had no interest in budging. I was somewhat considering buying my fiance a car for Christmas. The salesman approached me and asked if he could help. My immediate thought was "go away and let me look" but I told him some of my criteria and decided to let him try to sale me a car. He showed me a couple cars, and I just wasn't interested in them. I was working to find a way to just leave without being rude. He tried several angles and I just wasn't biting. It was very low pressure but you could tell he wanted to make something happen. He got the manager involved and they ran through a list of cars they thought would fit my criteria. They finally mentioned a 2010 Kia Optima EX. Liking Optimas I agreed to take a look at it. It was beautiful. He had sold me. I was so impressed I decided to look into trading in my 2007 Suzuki SX4 and buying a second vehicle. The first one Suli showed me was a 2011 Optima LX. It is amazing and I am very happy with it. I bought both vehicles and highly recommend going to see Suli to anyone considering buying a car. Suli won't let you leave there without at minimum feeling like you've had a positive experience. This dealership has created a life long customer based on Suli's dedication. More
