This place has gone down hill with their service, even if you have a scheduled appointments weeks in advance if you do t mark that you are staying, even if you tell your rep that you are waiting on it, they you have a scheduled appointments weeks in advance if you do t mark that you are staying, even if you tell your rep that you are waiting on it, they say you marked you weren’t going to wait on it and they put other vehicles in before you. They told that’s why it took 2.5 hours for an oil change. No apology, they blamed it on me! Then took getting a manager and 20 minutes additional time to enter my coupon. This was a waste of time, if you’ve got lots of time to waste and don’t mind not being appreciated as a customer, then go here! More
