LIARS! !!! No over charge on msrp is an absolute crock, they DO have a market adjustment of 2,000k and they hide it in FORCING you to buy the “resistall pack !!! No over charge on msrp is an absolute crock, they DO have a market adjustment of 2,000k and they hide it in FORCING you to buy the “resistall package !!” Which is just a scotch brite in the interior and exterior. We’re honestly not even positive it was done. You can’t tell. The sad part is they don’t give you an option to decline the resistall package. You could opt out of warranty but you can’t opt of the resistall package and the finance person told us you can “call” it the market adjustment and not get anything for it OR you get this non-negotiable resistall package. Either way you pay an up charge of 2-4K more than msrp and what the vehicle was listed. They will also manipulate the interest rates on whether or not you get the extended warranty. Better rate for getting a warranty? Weird. I don’t think the banks really care, especially if you have good credit. Don’t walk… RUN away . Shame on them , #Kia hope you are aware of this scam ! They “claim” to not be like all the other shady dealers out their when in actuality they FORCE you to buy a package you don’t need. More

Their service department sucks I have had my car since 2019 bought it brand new off the lot and everytime I take it to get serviced at the dealership it comes out with the same issue. 4 separate occasions 2019 bought it brand new off the lot and everytime I take it to get serviced at the dealership it comes out with the same issue. 4 separate occasions I have been told that I was the reason for the issues and when I explain that the last time I brought it in for regular service I asked for issues to be taken care of that have not been addressed they seem to disregard any statement I make. Issues appear to be minor such as buildup in the washer fluid line. But if this is how they address minor issues I hate to see what they do with major ones. Never buying from here again. More

Make sure to ask in depth questions on any warranty, replacement, etc...plans that you are talked into purchasing with your car. They tend to leave out some of the details or actually change wording to replacement, etc...plans that you are talked into purchasing with your car. When you need to use the warranty, replacement that you purchased and paid for it's no longer applicable because it expired. This repeat customer is letting future car business with Shawnee Mission Kia expire, just like the warranty. More

Correct the problem effeciently I brought my wife's Optima in for an oil change. When I brought it in I specifically told him to put on the ticket to clean the pan under the filter I brought my wife's Optima in for an oil change. When I brought it in I specifically told him to put on the ticket to clean the pan under the filter if they dropped any oil on it as I did not want oil drips on my garage floor. Two days later I saw oil drips on my garage floor in the location of the pan which I told them to clean. I called in and complained and told the service writer the problem and connected me to the new Service Manager. We made arrangements to have the car picked up and my floor cleaned, also they were to leave a loaner while they had my car. On the appointed day my wife got a call and was told they were on their way. The Service Manager came personally, because the person he was going to send had not come in. He raised the car, cleaned the pan, and also cleaned my garage floor. My wife told me he was a very nice cordial and caring man and she was very satisfied with the job he did. Although the service visit did not go as planned, when I brought the problem to their attention, they solved it in a timely manner. More
