***EDITED*** Since posting the review below, my issue has more or less been resolved. A general sales manager named Chad, who was very professional and receptive, reached out to remedy my problem. I stil has more or less been resolved. A general sales manager named Chad, who was very professional and receptive, reached out to remedy my problem. I still wasn't given any explanation as to why Liz couldn't be bothered to communicate with me, however I do understand why it was taking longer to receive my military rebate. I also just got my rebate in the mail today. So, therefore, I am keeping my word and updating my review to reflect my experience, and changing my previous 1 star review to 3 stars. ***Original Review*** Seriously, what an awful business. Or more specifically, what an awful sales manager. Just bought a brand new 2023 Kia Seltos SX April 6th, and somehow, they've already managed to top my list of horrible business transactions. When I purchased my new vehicle I had asked about their military discount. I was told that it is $300 off the purchase of the vehicle. I had my VA card on me, which is normally good enough in any other setting, however they said that they would need a copy of my DD214. Of course I didn't have it on me at the time, so I brought it in with me when I went to pick up my vehicle the next day. That's when I met their sales manager, Liz Rebollar. She assured me that she is the one that submits the paperwork for the military discount, and that I should be getting a check in the mail for the $300 rebate in 2 weeks or so. After a month of not getting that check in the mail, I called Liz to check the status of the payment. She acted like she was looking something up, and just said that it didn't look like it had been paid out yet (obviously, that's why I called) and that she would look into it and call me back. A week later, still hadn't heard from Liz, so left a message with someone that answered the phone, who said they would have her call me back. With still no response 3 days later, I called again, and left a voicemail in the morning. About 8 hours later called again, and got a receptionist who said that she was available and to hold just a moment. Then I heard him tell her that "it's for you", and then it just went to voicemail. After that, every time I called I couldn't get anyone on the phone, only a voicemail. Pretty sure they see my number on the caller ID and just decide that they're not going to answer the phone. As someone that has worked in customer service their entire life, it's quite stunning to see a manager this incompetent at her job. Seriously need to work on communication skills if you can't be bothered to pick up a phone for a week and a half. I wonder if anyone gets the military discount, or if they all just pocket it, and then ignore all of the veterans attempts to get their incentive. Seriously shady business practices, especially if you treat military this way. I'll only amend this review if I actually get my $300, and can speak to a competent manager. More
Horrible customer service! !! Upon arriving after having my car towed there for recall work, the first thing said to us was "I don't know who, what, when, where, or why you are" !! Upon arriving after having my car towed there for recall work, the first thing said to us was "I don't know who, what, when, where, or why you are". Next, they're telling me what I will owe when all is said and done, which confused me as I brought my car in for recall work. When asked why I was being charged, they started listing off things I had never once mentioned wanting work done on. Receive a call 30 minutes later saying the car is not running and they won't do anything on it until I buy a new battery and alternator. Which would have been fine had I not talked to 3 different employees while trying to make my cars appointment and none of which mentioned it may be a problem that the vehicle was not running (we believed the car was not drivable due to the recall). Despite me telling them numerous times the battery/alternator had been replaced within the last 6 months, they insisted this was the problem. When we would not agree to replace them, they acted as if it was impossible to do anything. They said they wouldn't jump it or put the battery on a charger. 2 days later I call back to give them the green light for a new alternator, as we did see it being a possibility our alternator was a dud since we bought it after market, and they magically have gotten a power source to the vehicle. My vehicle went in on 2/08 and I finally brought the car home today 2/13 after getting the run around for days on end and having to wait on hold for 30 minutes numerous times when trying to call to work out the solution for my car. Do not recommend going here for service. They are rude and made it clear they were after every dollar they could get. More
Everything was great, except for the incredibly low offer they made on my car for a trade in. That stopped the whole process and I have no desire to go back to this dealer. they made on my car for a trade in. That stopped the whole process and I have no desire to go back to this dealer. More
I have purchased 4 vehicles from this dealership. I recently went in with my daughter to look at used vehicles. Goni was her salesperson. After she looked at a few SUV's we thanked Goni and said we were going to wait a day a browse a bit more. Goni became aggressive in his sales pitch. My daughter held her ground and he turned and walked away like a child. SMK lost my business and my daughter will not be going back. More

Found car from search, price was good. Oddly enough, while I was at the credit union filling out paperwork, checked the web site to get car mileage and found the price had dropped $1500. Oddly enough, while I was at the credit union filling out paperwork, checked the web site to get car mileage and found the price had dropped $1500. Texted salesman, he didn't know but immediately emailed back a new bill of sale with lower price. Service was good, people were very nice, but it took over two hours to buy the car, and I arrived with a cashier's check. I've purchased and financed a new car in 15 minutes in the past. Also, kind of like the old undercoating car dealers used to do, they did a $695 protection package on the body and interior. Not sure what's involved, but they included a six pack of bottles of leather cleaner, body wash, etc. It was on the bill, but I didn't order it. It was done before the car was offered for sale, so if you buy the car, you buy the "undercoating." Car was in great shape, so other than the crap I didn't need, I'd buy there again. But just add it in and see if you still want to buy the car, before you even talk to them. More
