Terrible customer service from Goni. Repeatedly tried to make us feel guilty for paying the price listed on their website by repeatedly stating he wasn't making money on this deal. He was also extremely pushy about getting a perfect review. Handed us a spreadsheet on how to answer the review questions the way he wanted them answered. Stated we would not receive our floormats until after he received a perfect review. He took what should have been a slam dunk sales experience and tried to make us feel bad for him. We knew what car we wanted and had a check for the amount listed on the website, all he had to do was sell us the car without the guilt trip and he would of had a good review. We will not be back to this dealership, Edit: Spoke with general manager and received the floor mats.
