I went there to buy a van this week. Monday some guy treated me like there is no way I am buying a car as a woman. The next day I spoke with a guy named Gionni who said the car that was Monday some guy treated me like there is no way I am buying a car as a woman. The next day I spoke with a guy named Gionni who said the car that was sold yesterday did not sell and is available and he would call me back. He never called me back but Tuesday texted saying it was available. Wednesday I got ahold of a man named Scott S. He assured me the car I wanted was not sold and we started the trade in process. I told him I would pay cash for the rest and he said he would call me back later in the day. He never did. Thursday I called all morning, finally asked for a manager to call me online. He called me saying that the car I wanted was never for sale and “he should know because only managers can see what has been sold”. … now after I filled out all the paperwork, sent them my ID and address and vin number, pictures of my car and they say the car I wanted isn’t even for sale. Don’t buy from here, I don’t believe they sale cars. It’s super sketchy and now I am worried about the information they have. More
I waited over a month for my appointment and when I finally got in, it didn’t go smoothly. I had 3 separate things I needed looked at and they only got to 2 before the technician left early for the day finally got in, it didn’t go smoothly. When I picked up my car, they addressed 2 of the issues but not the third (the most important issue to me) and when I asked about it I had to sit and wait another 30 minutes for them to basically tell me “idk we can’t do it because the tech left early” and didn’t offer any other solutions. Since all they did was look at the issues, not fix them, I didn’t have to pay for the appointment which is good! But if I wanted them to fix any of the issues I would have had to wait multiple more weeks before they could do anything to help me… when it was all said and done, I didn’t even leave with paperwork to prove I was there for the day because they were so backed up and couldn’t get it printed without waiting longer for me to leave. I dropped my car off at 8:30 am and didn’t get it back until after 4 pm (when they close, but I came as soon as they called me for pickup). I think they just wanted me (and others) to leave so they could go home… never mind the issues with my car 🫠 More
