Have been coming here for almost 7 years now & I’ve never had a bad experience! If you’re buying or leasing ask for Tony! Recently got an email there was a recall on my 2023 Sportage so I needed to bring it in for them to inspect. It was so easy to setup my appointment online straight from the link in the email. When I got to my appointment Juan H & everyone were so friendly & helpful! They text me when everything was done with a link to a video explaining everything they looked at & did (which blew me away because I’ve never seen that before) and he even checked my oil, tires, brake pads etc. My ONLY suggestion would be having an option for a courtesy car for services that take over 2 hours. But all in all, everyone I’ve encountered at SMK has been amazing and I would recommend this dealership/service department to anyone looking to buy, lease or even just service their car!! Keep up the great work SMK team!!! More
Waited month for a repair appointment. I have done same service in another dealer in different state small dealer and did not take 3.5 h. Management have to look at what is causing the delay, we were around 12 people waiting. For sure I will look around for another Kia dealer to do my car service More

We own a 2021 KIA Telluride with Nightfall. His name is Steve, or Captain America for short. ;) My husband usually takes Steve to get the check ups but this was my turn. I was blown away by the exceptional customer service Steve and I received. Bryan, our service advisor, noted things we didn't we'd missed and took care of it. It is the best feeling to go back for service to a place that already has your money but because you're valued they continue to offer the promised customer service. Steve and I are already planning our next visit. =) More
