Always great service and I appreciate that in case of a longer appointment- there’s lift! Very competent, thorough. Still gotta use your own judgement with some repairs. Took my car in for service and was very satisfied. Nima met me when I drove in, answered all my questions, was polite, tidy, and attentive. I was pleased that the recalls were addressed on my Kia, Carnival, and that my key was properly programmed. However, I was not pleased at the fact that I was not informed that you cannot order a complete ke Carnival, and that my key was properly programmed. However, I was not pleased at the fact that I was not informed that you cannot order a complete key. You have to order each part separately. Then also pay Extra to get the key that would fit in the door cut, which is an observed amount of money. Unfortunately, for me, I purchased a used vehicle that only came with one key I had not intended on spending $500 for an additional key, but was not informed that I had to order both parts of the key separately when I called the dealership to order my key.
