Lots of inventory, sales person was informative and nice. He failed to explain the ed breakdown of costs associated with the car I was buying. Finance guy sprung the charges on me. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because of the several attempts to get my car to them They turned it away because they didn't have room for it to remain until the appointment day. If I would have known I would have waited to have roadside assist to tow it instead of them paying for an unnecessary tow. I have been taking my 2008 Kia Rio SX there ever since my ex and I bought the rio and rondo back in 2009. I never had issues like this before with them. I would recommend their service department, they don't overcharge or upsell. More

Scheduled 2 recalls. When I took car in, they didn't have the parts for one of the scheduled jobs. Had to make a 2d trip.
