Out customer service rep was Diamond and she was great ! Very friendly and easy to deal with . However, i only came in for some recall issues and oil change. The car was there 6 hrs. The rep I worked with was really personable. He made sure I got in despite their policy of no walk-ins. Given I have been coming there for years they worked with me on the price of repairs. I did notice today (one day after repairs) the mute button on my steering wheel is no longer functioning.
