This place has gone down hill with their service, even if you have a scheduled appointments weeks in advance if you do t mark that you are staying, even if you tell your rep that you are waiting on it, they you have a scheduled appointments weeks in advance if you do t mark that you are staying, even if you tell your rep that you are waiting on it, they say you marked you weren’t going to wait on it and they put other vehicles in before you. They told that’s why it took 2.5 hours for an oil change. No apology, they blamed it on me! Then took getting a manager and 20 minutes additional time to enter my coupon. This was a waste of time, if you’ve got lots of time to waste and don’t mind not being appreciated as a customer, then go here! More

Ignored for a long stretch when I walked in the door to pick-up my car. Denied use of a coupon that expired because the dealer’s own scheduling system is at least 2.5 weeks out, 25 minutes to simply check- pick-up my car. Denied use of a coupon that expired because the dealer’s own scheduling system is at least 2.5 weeks out, 25 minutes to simply check-out and get my car, then 15 min more because my car was blocked in and the service rep disappeared.
