Absolutely love this place! I searched for a vehicle on autotrader because I knew exactly what I wanted. I entered "within any distance" into the search. A couple pages down I found the exact vehicle I wanted at Shaker! Upon inquiring with my boss who also uses Shaker, he said he is absolutely 100% satisfied with their service! Naturally... I made a appointment to go see this vehicle! When I walked in I was greeted by a salesman, Phillip Rice. He was down to earth and very helpful. He had knowledge on the vehicles and went the extra mile to make me more comfortable with my payments. Even though I sent him back in to negotiate a price for my trade in he helped without hesitation. I didn't feel like he was just a guy trying to sell me a car.
