Cathy handled switching my trade vehicle to my new Edge with my insurance agent. I also finalized my purchase with Cindy Bugbee who again was exceptional in the way she explained my finances and what best fit my budget. Cindy handled everything with the DMV which was so helpful. The Shakers are so blessed to have two wonderful employees who care about their customers. I will definitely share my experience with all my family and friends for their next vehicle purchase. More

I'll continue going to Shaker because of the great Sales. I purchased a car more than 10 years ago from Jim Reed and because we had such a great experience, I intentionally went back to Shaker to buy a car fr I purchased a car more than 10 years ago from Jim Reed and because we had such a great experience, I intentionally went back to Shaker to buy a car from Jim again. He certainly knows his stuff and was very patient with us while we made our decision. After the paperwork was completed, he took the time to show us all the fun bells and whistles in the car. Even though I'm sure he was ready to go home, we didn't feel rushed at all. This was the first time meeting Cindy, but she did an amazing job as well. It's a lot of paperwork and probably not easy to make it pleasurable, but she managed. She got us in and out as quickly as possible and explained all of the options. Neither Jim or Cindy pressured us into making any decision and that was very appreciated. I will absolutely be back when It is time to buy another vehicle. More

Excellent Service- Jim Reed & Cindy Bugbee I went to Shaker's because my lease was soon up on my Ford Explorer. I was stressed thinking about what my options were but that was quickly taken aw I went to Shaker's because my lease was soon up on my Ford Explorer. I was stressed thinking about what my options were but that was quickly taken away when I walked through the door. Jim greeted me like I was part of the family and really took the time to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for . I'm happy to say I'm a proud owner of a 2017 Ford Explorer Platinum and was able to take it home that day thanks to Jim who took the time to go over all of the features making sure I didn't have any questions and was happy with my decision and Cindy who helped make filling out paperwork a breeze.
