James took us for a ride in the car, for as long as we wanted, to get a full feel for it, We were also taken to their off-site parking area to get a look at additional colors for our consideration. In the end we chose the MKZ because it was exactly what we were looking for and all the folks we interacted with at Shaker were great to deal with.
