Buying Made Easy!!! I had been searching for a newer Expedition EL to replace my wife's 2008. I found the model we wanted at Shaker's Family Ford, however I live 2.5 hou I had been searching for a newer Expedition EL to replace my wife's 2008. I found the model we wanted at Shaker's Family Ford, however I live 2.5 hours away. Cathy Reed answered all of my questions and provided me with the information I requested via web inquires. She also made me a personalized video of the vehicle and sent it to me prior to my visit. Cathy provided excellent customer service throughout the sales process. I received a fair price for my trade-in and was very happy with terms of the sale for our 2015 Expedition EL Platinum. She explained everything that comes along with a Ford Certified Pre-Owned vehicle from the inspection process to vehicle coverage. I also received brand new tires and pads & rotors without asking because they were identified on the final inspection. Cathy also spent valuable time with me explaining the operational details that came with our new vehicle. She also offered to compete with my bank's financing offer. Cindy in finance handled my insurance and registration which saved me a trip to the DMV. And she had all of the paperwork organized and processed swiftly to get me on my way.
