Bill Reed of Shaker Ford/Lincoln was very professional without the car salesman 'hype' and best of all he really knew his technical knowledge about the car and it's on board computer system. Important to me since I'm not computer technical My closing paperwork was all ready and thoroughly explained to me. All in all a very pleasant experience! More

Dissatisfied customer After getting my car serviced I found that the technician had not tightened the lug nuts on both front wheels. I was told by the service department t After getting my car serviced I found that the technician had not tightened the lug nuts on both front wheels. I was told by the service department that a slight amount of rust on the inside of my wheels caused the lug nuts to loosen after the wheels were rotated. I say impossible as do several mechanics I have spoken with. This seems to be the way this dealership passes the blame. Oh, and the service technician still works there. At any other service department he would have been fired for putting someone's life in jeopardy like that. Despite three attempts to speak with Corey Shaker, I have not heard from him. Apparently, the 10 plus vehicles my family has purchased or leased from Family Ford does not make us "valued customers". More

Pat listened to my needs, answered my questions, and then showed me available vehicles and took me out for test drive. I needed time to think about, and didn't feel pressured. The experience was so positive for me that although I couldn't return for a few days, a call the next day to Pat reserved the car and a time was set for another test drive and purchase. I was concerned about the Sync system and how I would know if I was driving the car efficiently. Sal went over everything. I had a previous car services at Shaker that I had not purchased from them and knew I wanted to give them the business despite having Ford dealerships closer to my home. More
