Just think about how frustrating it is to try and get something changed on your cable bill... Shaun was there with a firm handshake when I walked in and was the last hand I shook on the way out. He was courteous, attentive and knowledgeable. He has also continued to follow up with me after the sale, making sure everything is OK and the car is meeting my expectations (it's a Mustang, so I'm pretty pleased). Cindy in Finance also deserves mention. It is clear she has seen almost every situation and I would bet she handled each one with aplomb. To the New Yorkers out there wondering if it's complicated to buy a car in CT and register it in NY: Shaker Ford makes it easy. They collect the tax at the dealer, provide a temporary plate and send someone to NY to register the car. It's that simple. If they have the car you want, go see them. More
