buying from Shaker's Internet Manager I Purchased a 2014 Focus ST on line from Shaker Ford. I work with James Schiavo on the phone. After coming to an agreement on the car I was buying and I Purchased a 2014 Focus ST on line from Shaker Ford. I work with James Schiavo on the phone. After coming to an agreement on the car I was buying and my trade, James changed my trade value by $500.00. Later on during the delivery process, finding out from his associate, He wanted my car for himself... not cool. After hours of waiting I get the buyers order emailed to me. He gave me his word that he would not charge me " fake"fees other then taxes and DMV after hearing about my bad experience at a local dealer. He ads not 1 but 2 fees totaling over $500.00 then after question him he get loud and abrupt with me and hangs up the phone on me. After 5 call trying to get a General Sale Manager or General Manager on the phone he picked up all my calls and took of the added fees. I asked for factory rain guards and James told me that ford did not make them. I have them on my car now from a local dealer. They do make them . He promised me factory mud guards and said they would be installed at time of delivery. There not and I'm yet to get them mailed to me. he collected $250.00 for transferring my plates. Told me I would get my registration and a refund check for the unused amount. I received nothing. ..O wait sorry i did receive a bad experience. If your buying from Shaker don't deal with James. More
