Bill was a great sales man & I LOVE my new Escape. My husband and I originally looked at the Explorer, with a 9 month old, I wanted something larger than my current car and safe. Bill had me test drive the Explorer and showed me all the different models. My husband and I decided the Explorer was a little to large for me, but I loved the Escape. Bill had no problems showing me different Escapes until I found the one that was perfect for my family. I choose to lease a fully loaded Escape and I could not be happier!!! I want to thank everyone that I worked with from Bill to Manny (the sales manager-who was amazing as well). I would recommend this dealership to anyone! We were excited to get the car we could afford and were excited about. On delivery Sal took the time to go over the car thoroughly. He walked us through all the technology and helped us set up the display and iphone with bluetooth. What was outstanding is Sal was willing to work later than he usually does that night. He made sure that we were satisfied and didn't feel rushed!! Sal also made himself available to us for any further questions as well as assisting with future service for our new car.
