The sales man I worked with was very professional, personable, and really made the experience easy. But omg this place is crooked!! 6 months after having my car I was pulled over at gun point and told personable, and really made the experience easy. Went to Shabana they said it wasn’t showed purchase papers and that was that. 3 months later pulled over again for it being stolen, again Shabana did nothing. As of current I have been making payments on this car for the past 2 months and cannot drive it because I cannot renew the registration sticker, because the title is flagged as the car being stolen. Shabana can’t fix the issue and refusing to swap out the car for a new one. Whatever you do, DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM HERE!! The horror stories are real. My children don’t even like to ride in that car anymore afraid the police will pull us over with guns out. More

This place is an absolute scam, avoid at all costs. They will prey on people with bad credit, ESL, and people who are unable to attain traditional financing. A car that was purchased in June 2022. I head a noise two months later and brought it to their service center. I was told differing things. First that the brakes were the problem and they needed to be changed. I was then told this was wear and tear. Two months the brakes go out after I was assured I was being sold a used car that has undergone safety and mechanical checks, and that is normal wear and tear? The same person stated there was over 30% life left on the brakes. Another noise concerned me but was repeatedly told it was the brakes but they still had life. 4 months after purchasing the car the wheel bearing malfunctioned, which accounts for the second noise that was noted but not apparently important enough of an issue for their service center to check. When I went to tap the brakes, they completely failed due to the faulty wheel bearing and I lost control of the car. The insurance that I was forced to purchased only through their company has the value of the car I purchased 4 months ago at 10k while the purchase price was 18k. The gap insurance that o was also forced to purchase of course covered their price gouging, but now I am left with injuries, no car, higher premiums. Any time they force you to use their bundles services you know this is a scam. As I was leaving the facility after picking up my belongings and being insulted by the staff while talking about this incident, another person who was walking in lamented that the exact incident happened to them. When I attempted to bring a friend who is more knowledgeable to advocate for me, they attempted to say that she could not be present and attempted to remove us from the facility. They don’t abide by laws or safety and will use any way possible to prey on people. When asked to be shown what law prevents someone else from being present, miraculously my friend was able to be present with me. When I went to pick up my belongings, I was able to see their head on collision graveyard, hundreds of cars that look exactly like mine, probably the same exact situation. If you want to be preyed on and taken advantage of, to possibly be driving an extremely dangerous car be they want to make back end money through their insurances, and possibly end up dead due to a horrendous accident, by all means buy a car from the scam Shabana Motors. If you are in a less than desirable situation and need to find a friendly face and a helpful company to get you a good, reliable car, stay far far away from this place. More

I don’t like that, turning your car off after being a couple days late, mess they do. I could understand them turning your car off after being over a month late. That makes sense.
