I implore you whatever you do--DO NOT buy a car here. Summer of 2020: I walked in and bought a car in under two hours. It's a great car (still is) and the process--at the time--was simple. I was amazed--it indeed was really too good to be true. When signing the paperwork, the representative told me that if I couldn't make a payment or need more time, to just call and ask--to keep them informed. Fourteen months later, I asked for a payment arrangement as I had just started a new job. They wanted a copy of my banking activity. I had $268 left in my name for the week until I got paid on Friday and they DENIED my request saying the money was there. THEY WOULD RATHER ME GO HUNGRY in order to get their money of $261. I refused to give them the satisfaction of getting it and allowed the car to be remotely disabled before I would ever go hungry just to line their pockets. They do NOT--I repeat--do NOT care about you. They want their money. They don't care if you go hungry, they don't care that during a pandemic, lots of people are getting back on their feet. They do NOT care. This is THE LAST PLACE to purchase a vehicle. I don't care how desperate you are, this is NOT the place to give your business. Find another way. Had I known what I know now, I would have walked away and never looked back. RUN. FAR. Go anywhere else but here. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. More

The lady I’m the payment department called me when I was 1 day late on my biweekly payment of $261.54 and demanded that I pay now because my payment is late. I told her that when I signed the contract I was granted a 5 day grace period. She told me dealerships don’t give grace periods and I need to pay now before she turns the car off. This car is not even worth up to $10,000 and I ended financing for $24,000 and the car had so many problems they refused to fix and said I’m responsible for it. I hope the right agency catches on and shuts them completely down. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemies. More

Shabana Motors Beware of this car dealership. They will sell you cars that will only live up to their one year warranty then die. I asked for a new car or a loaner just to get around they will not do either but the car is under warranty though. They tell me they will off set my car note if 249 to get a rental. How is 249 going to get a rental for 2 or more weeks. Mind you they kept my car the first time for 3 week. Beware of them!! They say they want to make the customer happy. Yet ya'll aren't willing to work with me and also putting my kids in I in unsafe conditions. Car cut off the first time while at a stop sign. RUN FAST! This dealership is a joke. They rip you off, don't uphold their end of the deal and then they won't take your car in trade because you owe too much!
