GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I bought a lexus from them last July. The dash had some cracks in it so I asked about it and they told me it was under recall with Lexus. I took it t I bought a lexus from them last July. The dash had some cracks in it so I asked about it and they told me it was under recall with Lexus. I took it to Lexus and they told me the recall ended way before I bought the car. I went back to Shabana and no one would honor what I was told when I bought it which was that they would take care of it if lexus didn't. I have contacted every manager, The GM and the owner and not one single reply back. In addition, if you are 5 days late on your payment, they turn your car off ~ something NO ONE told me about and I was left stranded with my kids and had to call an uber. Unreal and I can't wait to get rid of this car! More
