My wife took the car in to be serviced three times in the same day that eventually resulted in the computer being rebooted to resolve the problem. This is not the first time it took more than one trip to the service department to resolve the issue, but certainly the last time. Because of our disappoint with service of the car, we decided to trade in for a non German car and are quite pleased with the car and also the service on a cadillac to date. The continued bad service received on the A6 was unacceptable, we expected greater attention to detail from this dealer for this type of car and was continually disappointed. More

Had my Audi towed in on a Monday because it wouldn't start, I called the next day to see when they could look at it Worst dealership experience ever! Had my Audi towed in on a Monday because it wouldn't start, I called the next day to see when they could look at it and was told my "consultant" would call me back. No call back so I went the next day during lunch and was told that "towed cars are not a priority" They finally looked at it Friday and told me it would be done on Saturday. So if you want to never get updates or them to take their sweet xxx time with you then visit this place. More
Just had my A4 inspected and was informed by my mechanic that there were a couple factory engine-related recalls out for the car. Called Sewickley, set an appointment. Was told by my regular mechanic to b that there were a couple factory engine-related recalls out for the car. Called Sewickley, set an appointment. Was told by my regular mechanic to be watchful of them slamming me with additional charges for broken parts that were not broken. Low and behold - after being told everything was completed I get a call the next morning that another part in the engine was found to be broken (that my mechanic knew was not broken) and would cost $500 to fix. Stay away from these folks. Over the past 3 days I found 5 floks I know that had the exact same experience. I am reporting them to the PA Attorney General. More
I live across town and had mt car towed here because of horrible experience from a closer dealership. Anyhow they fixed it right the first time. Price was less than originally quoted. Went in looking for new TTS. Had one on the showroom floor. Decided to take it, agreed to price and did the deal ... Or so I thought. After being told that everything was approved, I COMPLETELY cleaned floor. Decided to take it, agreed to price and did the deal ... Or so I thought. After being told that everything was approved, I COMPLETELY cleaned out my trade and transferred it to new car. Actually had already synced my iPhone into the system and was ready to go when the salesperson comes over to me and says "Everything's good to go. We just need $4500 down.". This after being told BY THE SALES MANAGER that everything was good to go and I had cleaned my trade out. Pathetic!! More

After arguing about the damage they did they said they would fix the huge dent in my trunk lid. 5. They brought it back with the trunk lid fixed but did a horrible job painting it. I had to take it to another body shop and pay out of my own pocket to get it fixed right. More
