They don’t want or need black business here. First time I took my car to get some basic work done, the day I was supposed to come pick my car up, my key was not at the dealer. Nobody called to tell me that before driving an hour plus to get there. Secondly, today I dropped my car off to get my side mirrors replaced. It’s in my customer profile and obviously when I pulled up my car was pink. They wasted my time scheduling me an appointment knowing what I was coming in for and knowing the COLOR of my car. The service manager didn’t want to work on the car because it was painted PINK. My car being pink has nothing to do with them simply fixing my side mirrors. I truly believe they refused to this job because I was BLACK. I called another Audi location who said they can do the job and have an appointment scheduled with them. Another reason I believe they denied me is because my insurance was paying for it and I wasn’t coming out of pocket. Take your BLACK DOLLAR where it’s valued because it is not here. And don’t bother calling corporate they’re full of xxxx too! More

My new Audi was not even a year old and had very low mileage. I took it to Sewickley Audi with a brake issue and was told that I needed new brakes and rotors and that the warranty would not cover it. Matt, the service manager was absolutely no help and said that I could try Audi Care. Audi Care told me that this should be covered under warranty and they would investigate it. She called Matt and was told a different story. They said this was normal wear and tear. I come from an automotive background and this response was baloney! Audi Care is a joke. I spoke to a supervisor who actually talked down to me and was rather nasty! When I asked a simple technical question, he had no clue how to answer it. Audi Care does not "Care" about the customer. I have owned Audi's since 1984 and was very disappointed with Matt and Audi Care. I took my vehicle to a private shop and received excellent care. I will not be returning to Sewickley Audi. More
I had an excellent experience with the Sewickley Audi Team. All my questions were answered in a timely manner. Martin picked me up from the airport. Spoke with service manager MATT..He informed me the EGR (Exhaust Gas Recovery) was NOT part of the emissions system.. He insisted! The sales process started with Matt Hillanbrand who was great to deal with, but he sticks mostly to internet sales so he introduced us to Steve Catalo who did a super job. Audi is by far the biggest ripoff car on the market. $2200 for a 40k checkup on a S6 which is replacing spark plugs. Joke. Don’t buy or get your car serviced here. Exactly what the car buying experience should be. My wife and I came in wanting to look at two Certified Pre-Owned Audis I found on their website. We felt immediately at ease talking with David. He normally deals with new cars, not the pre-owned, but instead of handing me off to someone else he went ahead and helped us get things moving. He quickly provided a valid reason why the more expensive of the two would not be right for me and we ruled it out. Seriously. In an industry where upselling is the norm, right off the bat he shows he's more interested in providing the right car. He did provide information about the pros and cons of a new car and a lease instead of straight purchase of CPO. Was worth considering but we opted to stick with the original plan and it didn't come up again. While waiting for the car to be brought around we chatted like we went to high school together. Easy rapport, no pressure. After the test drive he coordinated with Jon and another (who I'm afraid I'm flaking on his name right now) to get everything put together and give us all the details on optional components like additional warranty. Once again, the team did not push, they informed. More
