Horrible first time buying experience Purchased a "New" 2019 kia soul turbo June 1st after having it for just a few days I started noticing scratches here an there all over the vehicle an Purchased a "New" 2019 kia soul turbo June 1st after having it for just a few days I started noticing scratches here an there all over the vehicle an the front passenger rim had curb rash 3/4 of the way around the rim notified the manager of the dealership an also called corporate concerning the issues come to find out the Car was a loaner vehicle while someone's car was in the service department they would drive the car that I bought an was told it was New! So I brought the car back to the dealership so they could fix all the scratches in the paint but who ever they sent the vehicle to didnt know what they was doing now the car has circled scratch marks through the whole paint job of the car from the buffing wheel that they used. An the rim was never touched Well the salesman ended up being fired but here it is over a month later an the manager of the dealership where I bought the car in Trussville Alabama has been giving me the run around for 3 weeks now ducking an dodging not to fix my car!? More
