I spoke with Frankie Vance on the phone and he checked me in when I arrived. Frankie's level of professionalism and customer service skills made me feel very confident that my vehicle was going to be in great hands, and it was. He also offered me snacks, water, and soft drinks, which I greatly appreciated since the heat index was over 100 degrees that day.
