Brandon went "above and beyond" the extra mile to explain each vehicle I looked at, gave me options to help me choose because they deserve no less. My wife and I started at another dealership and we set up a deal of a trade-in plus $5K ca I have to say everyone in the dealership was very nice. My wife and I started at another dealership and we set up a deal of a trade-in plus $5K cash for a new Kia Forte. We gave a sales salesperson: Brandon a call (of witch used to work at the dealership when were first looking at cars) and he told us to come down to see him, he said it would be worth our drive and that he could give us more for our trade-in. We none the less went up to see him. When we got there Brandon was not there he was doing something for another customer. We were greated by Dave (Can't remember his last name, sorry dave), we told him we were there to see brandon, he told us that we stepped out for a min and that he could get the ball rolling as far as getting our current car appraised. When Brandon got back he told us that he would give us $13K for our trade-in(the other dealership was going to give us $12.5K). We told him that we have $5K cash and the trade-in of the old car to work with. We also told him about the other deal we set up at the other dealership. He asked us what car we wanted and what options we wanted. He told us that he would sell us the can at invoice so as to not have us buy the car from the other dealership. He then asked us if we could come up with $5.5K, we told him that we cannot. After some doing he told us that he would just give us the extra $500.00 on our trade-in (Thus making it $13.5K). He held the car for us with no money down. We were all set with the deal Brandon set up for us but the $5K cash we had we had to wait for (Lawsuit settlement). He asked us if we would have the money by May 31, we said we should but we were not sure. As it turns out the money was a bit delayed so we looked into financing. Financing was not really an option for us because I was just laid-off of work, my wife's credit was shop, and my credit was non-existent. Well after convincing my mom to co-sign (her credit was also 0 but she had a job) Brandon and Dave got it pushed through and we were approved! Brandon and Dave both did an awesome job getting my wife an I the car we wanted and did everything to give us the best deal we could have ever asked for. I recommend everyone I know to buy a car from him. This has been by far the best car buying experience I have ever had! More

I highly recommend Serra Kia for anyone looking to buy a vehicle. The dealership itself is very nice. Very open and inviting. Everybody I came in contact with was nice and cery willing to help. Yes you heard that right. You can be low pressure snd still sell. I also love the fact that I was able to take a test drive alone. My salesman Brandon Foreman was phenomenal is every aspect of my car buying experience. He even helped my mom and dad with questions they had about their vehicle from another dealer. He went over every detail of the vehicle before we pulled off the lot. The dealer even sent chocolate chip cookies to show their appreciation. It was so refreshing to have a great experience from start to finish. No surprises when we got to the signing. The price he told me was the price I paid. The car was fully detailed at delivery and I am 100% satisfied with my Kia Optima. More
Oh my gosh-where do I begin?!?! Let me just start by saying that I am so unbelievably grateful for Serra Kia. For starters I am grateful for this dealership because they possess what many dealerships a saying that I am so unbelievably grateful for Serra Kia. For starters I am grateful for this dealership because they possess what many dealerships are missing these days, which is an ability to place themselves in the “shoes” of the customer! This dealership handles customers as if they were the customer themselves trying to receive the best deal, price and service they can. Secondly, am super impressed with Serra Kia for employing a DYNAMIC staff!! I personally dealt with a salesman by the name of Brandon Foreman (don’t forget his name, this guy is memorable and may someday be the headliner of a Foreman Kia dealership or at least he should). While closing a deal on my lovely 2013 Kia Sorento, I met other great staff members but that Brandon is a miracle worker if you’ve never seen one and I mean business! As you can see, I have so many wonderful things to say about the dealership and my experience, I’ve unfortunately almost written an essay; but, trust and believe me when I tell you that if you are looking for a vehicle and you read this rating you will not be disappointed. In most cases, when an individual is looking to purchase a vehicle you sometimes get the run around, dishonesty, etc. with “dealer sharks”. In the case of Brandon Foreman, he was a Blessing to both my husband and myself. Let me provide you with the Brandon Foreman checklist: • Brandon worked hard to locate the exact vehicle we wanted • Brandon worked even harder to find the Tuscan olive color sorento that I love love love …did I say love?????? • Brandon was exceptionally thorough in communicating with me and my financial institution regardless of my numerous inquiries • Brandon successfully accommodated my every need…I swear the guy is a genie without the bottle • Brandon was unbelievably pleasant and has the most welcoming and delightful presence • Brandon worked diligently to find a PHENOMENAL price on my sorento Basically, what I’m saying is that you will not go wrong by giving Brandon Foreman your business. As swear that Brandon is so wonderful that you will literally try and persuade all of your friends and family who are looking for a vehicle to go and see Brandon. This was my best shopping experience ever…I’m talking even more than shoe or purse shopping. P.S.-And if you think I’m boasting on Brandon, my hubby is doing the same as we speak and he usually doesn’t have much of anything to say. Live in IN but decided to look for a good car deal in the Motor City. Looked at many different makes of cars but kept coming back to Serra Kia mainly because of the bubbly & personable, down-to-earth sales Motor City. I felt comfortable from the moment I stepped into the dealership. Unlike a few other dealerships, Brandon let me test drive a car without his presence in the vehicle. That was a welcome change. The dealership was in the process of opening the new KIA building of the dealership while I was shopping during February. Even though I'm sure it was a hectic time for Brandon and Dave, I would never have realized it. I was in this dealership at least 5 separate times over a 1 month period before finally making a decision to buy. Never once did Brandon give the appearance that I was wasting his time. Once the new building for KIA opened, I got to enjoy the new surroundings. Dave Fischer helped with the sales process when Brandon wasn't available and chimed in now and then with the purchase process to see how things were going. Both men were friendly & easy-going. These qualities are "key" when deciding on returning for another purchase down the line. Anyone can be polite and courteous, but it's the personable folks like Brandon and Dave that make a normal sales experience--SPECIAL. I look forward to a new and lasting relationship with this dealership. I opted for a new OPTIMA EX Turbo and have been very happy with the purchase, the price I received, and all the compliments I get from total strangers on how awesomely cool my car is. More
I contacted Brandon via the web-site. I work a lot of hours and don't have time to haggle around. Brandon gave me all the info I needed to make an informed brand new car purchase, when I arrived the pap hours and don't have time to haggle around.
