Worded Martin serviced my vehicle for many years and they were very good. I gave the new owners my service but the service part went down in quality and pricing went up quickly. Serra Buick gave me an estimate for a repair and when I it seemed high, I got another quote that was 1/3 what Serra was going to charge. That was enough for me. If you are using Serra out of loyalty to Worden Martin’s good service in the past you are being ripped off. If your car is under warranty, no problem but if out of warranty go to another service provider and save your money. Serra is only interested in taking as much of your money hoping you don’t do a comparison. More
I recently had a very disappointing experience at the Serra dealership in Champaign. After expressing interest in a 2013 Series 1 BMW, I was assured by Rocky, Advante, and Christian through daily emails Serra dealership in Champaign. After expressing interest in a 2013 Series 1 BMW, I was assured by Rocky, Advante, and Christian through daily emails, phone calls, and texts, that my husband and I had an appointment on Saturday 2/22 to look at the car. I was also assured that the car was reserved for me. The morning of our 1:30pm appointment I received a call from Advante stating that the car had sold. The lack of disregard for my time is completely unacceptable. Be very careful when dealing with this dealership and always make sure to get everything in writing. Very unprofessional! More
I took my 2019 Colorado to Serra GMC for an oil change that took two hours and also had the cabin filter replace big mistake. Slowest service I have ever seen and staff was rude as xxxx. I asked you the owner of Serra and they told me they had no clue who they were working for they lied to me but after demanding I was given a name of Ben. Called spoke with a very nice lady she took all my information and number so Ben could call me back. I strongly suggest you avoid Serra GMC service unless you enjoy throwing hard earned money away for BAD service, and employees that will bold face lie to your face. I will go back to Sullivan Park Hill from now on. No one wanted to be honest so I can only image how they are not honest when it comes to your vehicle and doing work that is. not needed to make a bigger commission. I also asked two sales people they were also rude as the others and would not give me the owners name. The should remove the picture of Mr Serra on the wall they are all making him look really bad. Lets see if I get a call back. More
Well I had different tires put on my then new truck and this shop did the alignment supposedly. I spent $1220 on tires install and 4 wheel alignment. But 9000 miles later(80,000) miles tires all my tires a this shop did the alignment supposedly. I spent $1220 on tires install and 4 wheel alignment. But 9000 miles later(80,000) miles tires all my tires are wore wrong, from a bad alignment or no alignment. I talked to many places today and all inform it goes back to the alignment that most likely was done wrong here or not at all. When I talked to the service mgr today he did not seem to care much and was not offering any help. I'm sure if I went to Sullivan Parkhill in the first place I would not have these issues. Even Truck Trends says the alignment was the issue. Horrible costly experience. Maybe a BBB issue, not sure yet. More

They take care of their customers! Shopped online and found they answered all of my questions and made the process very simple for me. Dan identified a few vehicles that were exactly in line with what we were looking for. He put us in touch with one of his sales reps, Joe Fricke. Joe was incredibly knowledgeable with the vehicles. He knew the GMC technology like the back of his hand. You can tell Joe takes the time to learn the vehicle features so that he can provide as much value as possible when testing out the vehicles. Overall, we had a great experience, and I'd recommend Dan, Joe and Worden Martin as whole. More

I still take my vehicle there for service even though not purchased there. I have supported them because I thought they cared about service but I was wrong. I had my vehicle serviced there and had my windshield damaged. They couldn't deny it quick enough. Now its going to cost me out of my pocket. They lost a long time friend and supporter. It's a shame the way they handled it. Blaming the customer is not good Customer Service. Not friendly at all. Doug More
