Car wasn’t ready when it was supposed to be and took a month to fix the issue it had. I had an appointment for 8:30 AM, and it took two hours when I understood it to only take an hour. I asked if the liquids would all be topped off with the oil change, and I was told yes, all but the brake when I understood it to only take an hour. I identified another issue of having trouble connecting to the car via wireless, and I was told that I needed to come back on another day to take care of that issue.
