1. Transmission went out. 2.bought a rebuilt Transmission from seguin Chevrolet with a new converter Transmission went out,was told they rebuilt Transmission installed a rebuilt converter, Transmission still garbage, try and call who ever answers the phone transfers the call to a phone no one answers, meanwhile this is the 3rd attempt to install a transmission that Chevrolet makes ,truck is still sitting on your parking lot, costing me 200.00 a month for it to sit there. So that makes 4 Transmissions for me, I thought Chevrolet trucks was better than that, total it's going on a 4 months without the truck. Witch is a 2013 Chevrolet Silverado 2500hd ltz 6.0 4x4 not a 5.3 with your papers indicate, don't know if that's the problem or not. Need my truck back working right, not some mechanic reprogramming my computer to fix the problem, And install my new converter that was paid for together with the transmission,
