I had a great buying experience! The entire team was wonderful. Daniel Martinez always goes above and beyond to make sure I get the vehicle I want! He always gets my payments to where I need them, straight with me if a car will not work with my budget and never pressure me to do a deal!! I love, love my new van!! I am writing this review about a HORRIBLE experience I am having with this shady, misleading car lot. I recently went there to purchase a vehicle for my wife that she found there online. We went there last having with this shady, misleading car lot. I recently went there to purchase a vehicle for my wife that she found there online. We went there last Saturday 3/6 . We were there for hours right up till closing time. We were looking at a used Infiniti QX 56 . We were really pressured to complete the sale Saturday night so that they could put the sale on there board for weekend sales. The car had not been detailed " no big deal there" however the salesman told us to go ahead and drive it home and bring it back in the morning and they would detail the car. So we take it home and when we get there none of the doors will lock. So we drive back down to the dealership as the salesman had instructed us to and they were closed. So we take it back first thing Monday morning drop it off to be detailed and have the locks looked at. Later that day the shop manager calls to inform us that the door actuators are bad and it would be 1700.00 to fix the doors so that they will lock. Keep in mind this is a car we drove 10 miles home and 10 miles back to the dealership. Paid over $ 20,000 for this car. I have called multiple times trying to speak with a manager. What ajoke that has been I have called 2 times every day this week since Monday. Finally today a sales manager calls me and informs me that they will not fix the locks.. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!! BUYERS BEWARE !!!!!! More
I am very disapointed with the service I received. I basicly threw away over 500 dollars just to have them look at it and tell me what was wrong with it. They told me what needed to be done, but they on basicly threw away over 500 dollars just to have them look at it and tell me what was wrong with it. They told me what needed to be done, but they only replaced a few wires. And I don't even know if they did that. I don't even think they did anything with it. I would like to get my money back but will probley not. If you have a car that is older like my 1998 dodge caravan do NOT have your car serviced at this place! More

I purchased my The 2020 Ram Big Horn Truck that I purchased is Great, but the after sales customer services is severely lacking at least for me. I purchased my Ram Big Horn on 11/23/2020. It filled all of my requirements and is exactly what I wanted. The process of the purchase had gone well and without much pressure during that sale. I traded in my current truck and my wife's car in that purchase. I feel that I received a good deal for the truck but not so for my wife's Ford Edge LTD. I did accept that without issue. Now to my issue.. The truck that I traded in was a 2016 Ram 2500 in excellent condition and very low mileage (around 18K or less). I think they turned it over into a sale just a day or two later. However, It was supposed to get paid off in short order as normally for this type of transaction and that never happened. I got stuck paying last months bill with Wells Fargo Bank who still holds the title and that should never have happened. When I noticed the payment it was after 12/9/2020. I immediately called the dealership and talked with the sales manager and explained my situation. He told me that he totally understood my anguish and that he'd get right on top of this and take care of it. Afterwards he was to call me back and of course that never happened. I gave them a couple days and then called the sales person that sold me the truck. Again, I explained what had happened and he also told me about the same thing but didn't call back. The next day I called the finance manager that initiated the paperwork. Guess what, I was told the same thing but in his case he was going to contact the person that handles his paperwork and then get back to me. He did call me back (the 1st) and told me the check was in the mail and if there were any more issues to call his associate and that she's take care of me. I waited a couple days and checked back with Wells Fargo and see that the check never made it there. They told me to call the dealership to find out the address that the check was sent to for confirmation. I did call and was told the check was sent 12/1/2020 which is over a week past the sales date. However it was sent to the correct address that Wells Fargo provided to me. Needless to say; I am pretty pissed about now.... I waited a couple more days and still no change so now I emailed the owner according to their website. I explained this experienced and asked for some assistance and he hasn't bothered to even reply so this review is the outcome... I have purchased many vehicles in my life and have Never had a payoff go through this type of process. If a company, bank or some type of financial institution wants to get paid it can be done electronically and not need snail mail to complete the transaction. Something tells me there is more here than meets the eye and I'm not happy about it. Especially since I'm the one paying for it. On a good note - I really like the truck that I purchased from them. I only wished they would follow-up as they say. If that had happened, this negative review wouldn't be necessary to get some action and that is a big IF... More
If you plan to use the service department, get a quote in writing before you go. Got a quote over the phone for $275. I drop my vehicle off for service. I get a call stating that the part must be programm writing before you go. Got a quote over the phone for $275. I drop my vehicle off for service. I get a call stating that the part must be programmed for an additional 37.50 and the new price would be 312.50 plus tax. I reluctantly agree. When I go pick it up, I am charged an additional $35 for shop supplies. Why was I quoted 312.50 the second time and still not told about the additional $35? Bait and switched twice. Good for them. Bad for the consumer. More

I put down a deposit to hold it so someone didn’t buy it before I drove 4 hours there to see it. Once I arrived I started the car to see how the air conditioner worked. While the car ran I inspected the outside and and asked why they felt the car was worth more than the market value. He said he couldn’t come off the price anymore since they were only making $300 on the deal. I found it hard to believe they bought the car at an action for $6000 more than fair value. Upon test drive the car started beeping within a mile down the road and the temperature gauge was sky high. Records showed it was serviced 3 times while they had it but they could not fix the problem. They were going to sell me a crappy $25,000 car they knew wouldn’t even make the 4 hour drive home. Worst car experience ever with a dealer. More
Less than thrilled. My salesperson was amazing! I would buy another car from him if he worked at a different dealership. Other than the fact that I was there for six hours trying to work a deal, the financ buy another car from him if he worked at a different dealership. Other than the fact that I was there for six hours trying to work a deal, the finance manager has been less than accommodating ever since. Broken promises and then no attempt to rectify problems from their end in an expeditious manner. I should have trusted my intuition and just walked out when I didn't get the price that I wanted. I don't even like Sevilla call anymore. Sitting in my driveway and I look at it and it just makes me mad. More

My wife called a salesman but there was someone in the background yelling like a drunk at a bar so she had to get off the phone as she could not hear the salesman. We were in the area and stopped in at the dealership. We asked about the car. We were told to have a seat and a saleswoman started asking question before we were allowed to see the vehicle. I had to ask 3 times to see the vehicle. Then we were lead out to the back lot on foot. My wife has trouble with walking. There are gates so you can't drive back to the lot. We walked way too far and were left standing by a vehicle priced double the price of the one we came to see. The saleswoman could not locate the vehicle we came to see. She then wanted us to walk back inside and wait until she found the vehicle. Of course we left and will not go back there. The same old issues still exist. Bad service and salespeople who don't know what they are doing. I would advise all to avoid this dealership. If the can't find their own cars then you don't want to be trusting them with your money. More
