When I go pick it up, I am charged an additional $35 for shop supplies. Why was I quoted 312.50 the second time and still not told about the additional $35? Bait and switched twice. Good for them. Drove 4 hours to test drive a 2018 used car that ran hot First off the car was priced $6000 over the Kelly blue book value but I felt it was worth going to take a look at it. I put down a deposit to hold it so someone didn’t buy it before I drove 4 hours there to see it. Once I arrived I started the car to see how the air conditioner worked. While the car ran I inspected the outside and and asked why they felt the car was worth more than the market value. He said he couldn’t come off the price anymore since they were only making $300 on the deal. I found it hard to believe they bought the car at an action for $6000 more than fair value. Upon test drive the car started beeping within a mile down the road and the temperature gauge was sky high. Records showed it was serviced 3 times while they had it but they could not fix the problem. They were going to sell me a crappy $25,000 car they knew wouldn’t even make the 4 hour drive home. Worst car experience ever with a dealer. More

Less than thrilled. My salesperson was amazing! I would buy another car from him if he worked at a different dealership. Other than the fact that I was there for six hours trying to work a deal, the financ buy another car from him if he worked at a different dealership. Broken promises and then no attempt to rectify problems from their end in an expeditious manner. I should have trusted my intuition and just walked out when I didn't get the price that I wanted. I don't even like Sevilla call anymore. Sitting in my driveway and I look at it and it just makes me mad. More

My wife called a salesman but there was someone in the background yelling like a drunk at a bar so she had to get off the phone as she could not hear the salesman. We were in the area and stopped in at the dealership. We asked about the car. We were told to have a seat and a saleswoman started asking question before we were allowed to see the vehicle. I had to ask 3 times to see the vehicle. Then we were lead out to the back lot on foot. My wife has trouble with walking. There are gates so you can't drive back to the lot. We walked way too far and were left standing by a vehicle priced double the price of the one we came to see. The saleswoman could not locate the vehicle we came to see. She then wanted us to walk back inside and wait until she found the vehicle. Of course we left and will not go back there. The same old issues still exist. Bad service and salespeople who don't know what they are doing. I would advise all to avoid this dealership. If the can't find their own cars then you don't want to be trusting them with your money. More

Recalls I got the go-around trying to get recalls fixed...one in 2013 at which time I gave up and never got it fixed. Back in 2019 for same recall and an add I got the go-around trying to get recalls fixed...one in 2013 at which time I gave up and never got it fixed. Back in 2019 for same recall and an additional recall. They fixed the 2019 recall, but I still got the go-around declining to fix the 2013 recall due to NO PART. It's much more detailed than this...bottom line....many calls back and forth with promises that never happen. I believe the mechanics dodged the recall work. My son is a mechanic and knew the extensive breakdown (hours) for this particular recall repair. Recalls are not the cus timers fault.....they make it seem so. They will kill you with kindness to sell you a vehicle (of course), but any future customer service is awful! They are not to be trusted. More

Not only did I leave with the simple problem I originally had I left with even greater issue after receiving my vehicle back. I ultimately took my truck to a trustworthy mechanic who fixed all the issues for a fraction of their service price. I repeatedly tried to contact them in a friendly manner to resolve the situation only to be ignored. The bottom line is I paid them money to give my vehicle in worse condition than they received it. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone for service. NEVER AGAIN! More
