I bought a used car here on the weekend when detailing was not available, so they made me a detailing appt. after the service they only cleaned about half of needed detailing. Within 2 weeks they were wan was not available, so they made me a detailing appt. after the service they only cleaned about half of needed detailing. Within 2 weeks they were wanting to buy my car back but will not willing to pay what I have put into it,struts, shocks, and tires on this vehicle and found it has been wrecked(supposedly had a good car fax report) there is something wrong with the driveshaft, suspension, possibly cv joints and the lifetime warranty will not cover unless something breaks. I will not go back to this dealership!!!!! More

I have been using Secret City from March 2020 when I bought a new Ram. Every service call I had to make has been great. Friendly people, quick service. I drive over an hour to get there versus using the bought a new Ram. Every service call I had to make has been great. Friendly people, quick service.
