They say that every vehicle sold goes through 200 point check. My experience with them is checks are not performed properly of at all. Oil change light came on after purchase and key inside the key fob doe check. My experience with them is checks are not performed properly of at all. Oil change light came on after purchase and key inside the key fob doesn't unlock the door. Im guessing that was not part of 200 point check. After many calls I can't believe the dealership and I now I can't believe anything they said. I wouldn't recommend this dealership. Need to rename to Shady City Dodge. More

SORRY TO PUT A STAR ON HERE! IF I HAD A ZERO OPTION THATS WHAT I WOULD HAVE CHOSEN! BUYER BEWARE! Let's just say that we were foolish enough to purchase this Jeep "AS IS" after we were told by our salesman K WHAT I WOULD HAVE CHOSEN! BUYER BEWARE! Let's just say that we were foolish enough to purchase this Jeep "AS IS" after we were told by our salesman Keith Russell that the inspection of Our Jeep was complete and everything had passed, but we DID NOT!! 3 weeks of talking back and forth with this dealership I told them after the 3 week wait to get my Jeep, the water damage created by this dealership by leaving the canopy off and getting rained in long enough for standing water in the floorboards and that uneasy feeling, I agreed to purchase this Jeep with a signed document stating if anything goes wrong, breaks etc it will be fixed for the life of my loan. Keith and His boss Brad talked about this and came back with a thumbs up....you have "no worries", dont you expect that something this bad as the Calipers, break pads, and roters would be seen as you see in this photo? Average Consumers please pay strict attention, take your possible vehicle and get it looked at by someone you TRUST. We have been taken advantage of by Secret City Dodge! I went to them with a Jeep I havent even had a first service with a STARTER OUT, which is according to Chrysler Capitol is covered under the power train warranty, pushing it into the parking lot of Secret City and desperately ask them to help me find what's wrong and inquired on my paperwork I still had not received! They were rude to say the least and handed me 5 pages, two of which were not legible. How can a company this size, making great money, lie and treat people so mean? At the least why not say Let's take your Jeep into the bay and see what's wrong and get this figured out, we won't cover all the cost but since this Jeep had been left out on the rain for unknown period of time ruining the Carpet and causing rust to start before we even looked at the Jeep, and everything you've been through that we caused we are gonna make this right! No! We refuse to help you, were not gonna look at it period, we are not gonna stand behind our vehicles, our promises nor Honor agreements made by our staff stating if anything goes wrong with Your Jeep you've purchased at Secret City we will fix it was not upheld and I was told to leave with a finger in my face. Sorry to Oak Ridge City Police on this day, they were very kind, very shocked at what I paid for the Jeep and for the condition it was in! These men were respectful to me and I to them. I will not apologize to Secret City, and Warn anyone who conducts any business there to beware. A promise means nothing and inspection of their pre owned vehicles should be checked on your own. This not only cost me 22k for a 2012 Jeep that was first purchased for 22k in 2012 now my repair cost for the starter 110.00 plus labor 130.00, all break pads, roters and Calipers, 759.00 plus labor.....you do the math!! We purchased the Jeep in June 2021! It's Jan 2022! We driven it less than 500 miles! 3 professional mechanics have now seen the vehicle and all told me the damage to this JEEP WE PAID ALL THIS MONEY FOR WAS DONE YEARS AGO!! Yall make up your own minds. More

SECRET CITY SOLD ME A CAR WITH A CARPET BEETLE INFESTATION AND DID NOT DISCLOSE IT TO ME. Michael sold me the car and promised me multiple times that they were going to detail my car before I pick INFESTATION AND DID NOT DISCLOSE IT TO ME. Michael sold me the car and promised me multiple times that they were going to detail my car before I picked it up… after 2 months of driving it around I looked under the seat where there was a cut in the carpet. There was LITERALLY a moldy hamburger, fries, kids toys, dirt, etc. which they would’ve found if they had detailed my car as they had promised in the contract. After going back and confronting them, Brad assured me they would make it right. They cleaned only the part with the junk in it, and they are now ghosting me because I still am dealing with the infestation. I was so impressed that they had originally met me at my asking price so quickly, little did I know that Secret city dodge did have secrets…. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE. More
Omg what a terrible service they are providing! We spoke to them on Saturday and wanted to close the deal on the car followed by putting the deposit down. The sales guy and manager promised to call us back to them on Saturday and wanted to close the deal on the car followed by putting the deposit down. The sales guy and manager promised to call us back in a little bit with all the details. We waited the whole day and found out on Monday (Sun they are closed) that they sold the vehicle we wanted to buy. Bunch of xxxxxxx and definitely not professionals working there. A W F U L!!! More

Bottom Line Up Front - between my recent two visits to Secret City Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, the first being in total desperation, and the second in total delight that I got my car back, I interacted wi Secret City Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, the first being in total desperation, and the second in total delight that I got my car back, I interacted with several wonderful people. All of them were extremely friendly and professional. These individuals include Nicky, Jonathan, Madison, and Chris. It’s not often that one experiences such qualified, welcoming, and responsive individuals in customer service, let alone so many of them. My experience with the Secret City service department was so thoroughly positive, I felt it necessary to write this equally comprehensive review. The full story - I live in Oak Ridge, and while on vacation with a large group of family members, my Challenger’s battery light came on while we were in downtown Gatlinburg. Once I turned my engine off, it wouldn’t start again. This set off a dark comedy of heart-rending events that included an all-afternoon wait for a tow truck, a dozen calls to service shops in the area, and ultimately $1,000 spent on tows and an unknown mechanic (recommended by the tow truck driver) who charged me $700 to replace my alternator and battery, only to tell me my “voltage regulator” was also broken and I’d have to find a way to get it to the dealership. Upon this news, I called a different towing company to get my car from Gatlinburg to Secret City the same day I was trying to figure out how to get 12 family members to the airport later that afternoon. Secret City assisted me with all my tribulations; evils that had kept me from sleeping soundly for days. Chris recommended a tow company and then introduced me to Madison who assisted me with a rental vehicle. Initially, after I spoke with the first mechanic in Gatlinburg, Secret City had said that their schedule was backlogged and they couldn’t look at the Challenger until the 14th of July, nearly two weeks after I had it towed there. However, when I spoke to Chris, he reassured me that they could look at it sooner than the 14th. Chris held true to his word, and the following business day after the 4th of July, I was called by Nicky from the Service Desk who informed me that the previous Gatlinburg mechanic had likely not replaced the alternator as he had said, and possibly broke the connection from the alternator to the car’s Powertrain Control Module (PCM). I asked Nicky to go ahead and order the new PCM. There was a waiting period of about 12 days for the new PCM to arrive, but as soon as it did, the service department repaired the vehicle and provided a most welcomed call that I could pick my car up. In summary, after a string of headaches and nightmares, Secret City ultimately provided a happy ending and I will not hesitate to take my vehicles there in the future. I highly recommend the service provided by Secret City and invite all future customers to experience the same caliber of service I experienced at a time when I needed it most. Sincerely, Devin Patterson More
