Made an appointment for an oil change and when I got there for my appointment, I was told there was going to be a 2 hour wait before they could bring my car in. Poor customer service and lack of communication. Several issues with the paperwork came up after signing and issues with the car are still ongoing. No one responds to my attempts to discuss this.
