Very friendly and got the job done when I needed them :) After a routine service call to a different Mitsubishi dealership closer to my home for an oil change and tire rotation, it was noticed weeks later th After a routine service call to a different Mitsubishi dealership closer to my home for an oil change and tire rotation, it was noticed weeks later that a bolt on the passenger rear tire was cross treaded. Upon trying to contact the Mitsu dealership that performed the service, it was subsequently found that this location was closed permanently. I had purchased my 2018 Eclipse Cross from Schaumburg Mitsubishi and they agreed to fix the issue free of charge, no hassle.
