This was my 5th car purchased from this dealership and every time I come, they continue to raise their level of customer service and appreciation. The guys bent over backwards to get me into my newest Outlander and treated me like royalty. I will NEVER go anywhere else but Schaumburg Mitsubishi for my cars. After 15 years of buying from them, they feel like friends, not sales people. I was lucky to get Matt to assist me with purchasing my vehicle. I have been driving around all day with my family from dealership to dealership looking for a car. I came to Mitsubishi and was immediately greeted by Matt. Matt is the greatest source of information I have ever met! Not only was he able to answer every single question I had about the car I purchased, he actually gave great tips for car maintenance that I never even knew! The manager was also very nice and just the atmosphere they created there made me feel like i was finally getting real honest opinions from very helpful people. I never write reviews however, Matt deserves recognition for not only making a great sale but for his overall patience and thoroughness with every detail of my car. I defiantly left this dealership extremely satisfied. You guys are great! More
