Higher than normal financing, boarder line scam. Went to a competing dealer and was approved for a 2014 Outlander at 9% with Zero down payment. Thinking the monthly payments were higher than what I could af a competing dealer and was approved for a 2014 Outlander at 9% with Zero down payment. Thinking the monthly payments were higher than what I could afford I sought out a 2012 Outlander $3,000 less offered at this dealership. After being pre-approved I was asked to put 3 times the down payment amount I offered and was offered a 19% rate. (Double the amount the competitor offered 1 week earlier) I recently read a consumer response that mentioned a similar situation but this consume didn't realize the higher than normal financing till after purchase. Buyers beware. Oh and my credit score is 690+ how is the xxxx did I get a 19% rate (current market rate is 4%). The response provided the amount the finance company would cover was lower than the sale price. I believe this is what the finance company thought the vehicle is worth. Regardless to all the earlier reviews they are far from accommodating. More

I leased a vehicle from out of state, dealership was okay with pricing and quickly retaurned my call, poor with everything else. Being from out of state the overcharged me $1,000 on sales tax. They would not take let me take delivery until I cut them a separate check and they in turn cut a check to my state for taxes. At my local DMV, I was correct that the ycalculated taxes wrong. Becsuse they wrote the check in their name they could not refund me, but have to send the dealer a check back in 4-8 weeks and then they would have to cust one back to me. That means up to 90 days of over charging me. They will not refincd me until they recieve the funds from my state. Which is my money. When trying to put the plates on. there were no screws provided and no brackets in the front bunper/gromets. ILL does require a front plate also. I had to call the dealership for screws. Instrcutions were that the front bumper had dimples to where the screws are (correct). The grill/bumper has alot of play to it and a drill is needed. Never in my life did I have to do this myself. I have purchased over 25 vehicles. Mitsubishi said to take it to my local dealership and that they may charge me. r u kidding me??? I have bought a drill today to put holes in myself. I do not want to do this as its a leased vehicle, but I do not have time to waste a half day to go to a dealership ans pay for it. If they spent anytime on my lease purchase they could have avoided issues. Let you the CC deposit was processed within seconds. Then their service did too stop. They were cordial, they did pick me up at a local hotel in the morning. More

This dealer will triple charge you for the parts. Beware! I know this dealer since it sends me a lot of coupons from time to time. The other shop found that the transmission liquid this dealer put on was something wrong. So I put new synthetic in, everything returned to perfect condition. Two light bulbs on my dashboard burnt out. SO I called them. They told me around $9. I thought the price is for 4 since Mitsubishi online lists the price $3 each and onsale for only $2.12. Then I went there today. To my surprise, they charge $9 each for that tiny bulb!!! Triple the listing price. I just walked away and told them I will never never come back to them. Don't trust them anymore! More

I have bought 2 new cars from this dealership over the last 3 years and they have been the best car buying experiences I have ever had. Over the years I have experienced some terrible dealers so when I ca last 3 years and they have been the best car buying experiences I have ever had. My salesperson, Dimitrius was extremely knowledgable and never high pressure. He listened to everything I had to say, and kept within my budget. I did my homework before I went in and they gave me the best price out there. The finance person, Florian was also the best I have ever dealth with. He never tried to pressure me into extras like extended warranties,etc. He got me a better loan rate than I thought was possible. Also, the service department guys have been very pleasant and quick when I brought my cars in for oil changes. I highly recommend this dealership and wish more dealerships could be like them. More

Service was very rude will never purchase or bring my vehicle back for any service. I've bought several new vehicles and had service work perfromed from other dealers in the area and by far this was the vehicle back for any service.
