Routine Maintenance I had scheduled a routine oil change and rotation for my Kia Sorento. When I entered my car in to the service department they immediately did an align I had scheduled a routine oil change and rotation for my Kia Sorento. Service associates didn’t know my car had LED light so I had a service appointment on Wednesday for a simple oil change. When I got there I informed Tony that I needed my left turn signal bulb replaced as I had a service appointment on Wednesday for a simple oil change. When I got there I informed Tony that I needed my left turn signal bulb replaced as well as my rear license plate lights. I also mentioned that the LED fog light under my headlight wasn't working. I guess it's hard to tell with the lighting in the service area but they told me the lights were just displays and not actual lights? I've had the car five years I think I would know. So they stood there and made me feel like an idiot about something I was right about. I sent this same message to their text line (along with photos) before posting this review and didn’t receive a response. I’m not usually one to complain, just rubbed me the wrong way. More
