Oil Change Good people who are pleasant and honest. Only issue documented here is that after doing the EFI and carbon cleaning procedure required with the GD Good people who are pleasant and honest. Only issue documented here is that after doing the EFI and carbon cleaning procedure required with the GDI engines there was a weird pop, stutter and white smoke out of the tailpipe on highway acceleration when I entered the xpressway as I left. I went back to the dealer and they informed me that it was probably some of the cleaner still in the fuel intake system and it would clear through. No issue since but.... given GDI issues and no problems before the cleaning I am just mentioning it if I end up with an engine problem. More

Disgusted,concerned for my Safety...Poor Management followup Highly disappointed & disgusted with the level of Service & lack of management follow-up, after I reported the safety conditions in which they returne Highly disappointed & disgusted with the level of Service & lack of management follow-up, after I reported the safety conditions in which they returned my car, after getting it Serviced last Wednesday. Not only did they not secure my tires when they rotated them(4 out 5 tires lug nuts lose),but they fail to tell me the light bulb on the driver side was out needing replacement. I drove from your location home to Cicero under unsafe travel conditions. The following day, I called and spoke to Don - provided full details of the incident and Service and instructed me to drive my car back to their location. However, due unsafe driving conditions, I when to Berwyn Kia, reported the thumping noise and asked them to take a look at my car. I mentioned my car was Serviced at the Schaumburg location. After explaining the situation, the Service attendanded spoke to Jim/Tim at Schaumburg location, who after their conversation, wanted us to call back before they performed any work on my vehicle. When I did, I spoke to Jamie, who was rude He refused to let me speak to Jim/Tim and insisted this was his response "I can only take a message, I have no control of when he will call you back, it maybe by 7". Fortunately I was Serviced by a Professional, check my tires and relugged them last night and got my tires relugged . By the grace of God, I got home safely the day of my Service appointment. This could have easily turned into a fatal incident. As of today 2/12/2019, I have not received an apology nor a call from Management to rectify this situation. Their lack of action clearly indicates, that customer satisfaction nor their safety is a priority. And just so you know, I originally purchased my 2011 Optima from this dealership. I only hope they use this as an opportunity to train an reevaluate their staff. More
