The waiting game this dealership plays is unbelievable! I know the salesman can’t agree to anything, but having to 20-30 min wait each time they go back to the manager is too much. We were lied to twice by Alex who stated the car we were looking at had new tires, when in reality only 1 tire was new. When I inquired about the brake life he stated we replaced the tires, we would have seen the brakes at that time. Upon first drive of the car I heard a strange noise, my son and the salesgirl also heard it. It was very easy to hear. The sales girl went out with Alex, and then I was told neither of them heard it. I had to go on a drive yet again with Alex and sales girl and in 10 seconds the sound was there and thennn Alex heard it. 🙄. After further inspection that sound was indeed the tires needing be replaced. The tires Alex stated were new. The price increased one day to the next when coming to a deal on the term, changed by $400 when the taxes were charging more. Only after making stink was that almost corrected. Still ended up being $100 more than the first pricing of the same car at same sale price. Mike the sales manager was better to work with as he agreed to meet me half way on my offer and then agreed to replace the old tires and complete an alignment at an agreeable change to overall pricing. When making deal on car with sales person James, I was clear I needed 2 keys. He stated he would take care of it. I stupidly didn’t get that in writing. Went back 3 rd night in a row to confirm noise gone after tires replaced and agree to purchase with cash in hand, again the xxxx back and forth waiting…. No need! I agreed to buy the car! Asked bout second key, was told there was only 1 and salesperson James only said he would check to see not that he would make sure there were 2. That he not allowed agree to that. I know what he said the day before. So now after getting the car I get to pay $400 for another key fob. This dealer has some nice people working there who are sadly being trained to lie during the sales process. I understand the game being played, but they would go a lot further to be up front with the customer, and stop playing magic numbers games from day to day on calculating taxes! Had there not been such shortage of decent used cars around I would have told them to bag it and spent my money elsewhere. And the 3% additional charge to pay via credit card is just greedy at its worst. That dealer Corp sticking it to customers with that. I’ll be sure get service elsewhere. More

Sold us a key replacement warranty. At the bottom of the contract it states two keys were to be delivered. We received 1 set of keys. They claim they won’t be able to do anything for At the bottom of the contract it states two keys were to be delivered. We received 1 set of keys. They claim they won’t be able to do anything for us and that we need to wait 30 days. We called the warranty company BEFORE calling the dealer. They were going to replace the key for us but said the dealer needs to make the contract whole prior to them working with us, meaning they need to provide TWO set of keys. The dealer held the keys from us and the keys to our trade in. So we really weren’t aware that one was only going to be delivered. If you purchase this warranty make sure they hand you two key fobs prior to signing. More

First thing is that I do not even recognize any of the people they show on this site. The people who took care of me are not even showing here.
