I went ahead and proactive reached out and specifically said I was replying to a customer service request, so please do not have sales person respond. Go figure 3 sales people are reaching out to me now. I’d call that poor governance and a sales culture driving operations, which is exactly why purchasing cars is a miserable experience for the majority of Americans.

I'm not sure what else you want me to say, I think I was pretty clear in my review what the problem was. Funny the price of the car we were interested in went up $2400 a couple days after my review to honestly represent the true cost of the car.... One other point, I was not the only one who mentioned this practice when I read reviews of your dealership.
