If the vehicle we were looking at wasn't exactly what we wanted (a rare, unique vehicle in a rare optional color) we probably wouldn't have stuck it out until the end. We overnighted a check that arrived at noon on a Friday, and after checking in multiple times and Miguel getting the general manager involved they "found" it on the next Tuesday. That was already a scare and a concern to us about organization and how things were ran. In the same text explaining that the check was found I was informed I would be refunded my money for the delivery (we live 1500 miles away) because none of their delivery companies they worked with could do it. This was another big disappointment and worry on how things are ran and handled as it was in the purchase agreement, and was part of the loan taken out for the vehicle. It came off as lazy and lack of care for a deal that was made. I explained that if we flew out and drove back, it would cost a decent bit more than the amount agreed on for delivery and if we could at least change the price of the vehicle to reflect this. The reply I got matched all the others of "sales and finance manager said there is nothing we can do". Another lazy, lame response and lack of care for not holding up the deal on a vehicle wasn't even haggled on price to begin with. I didn't get any of these bad feelings from Miguel, again, he was awesome. It was the management helping him manage the deal that rubbed is the wrong way. Delivery was agreed at $1,000. We paid $1,3501.06 to fly out, and drive back. This doesn't include the two days of work both my wife and I missed too. When we were signing the final papers with the finance manager, it was casually thrown out there that the $27 fee on the purchase agreement that we both agreed on that had the delivery on it was also "by the way 47, not 27". The $20 didn't bother me, the lack of care on an agreed deal yet again was just off-putting. Miguel 10/10. I want to make sure that's clear! Thanks so much for picking us up from the airport, and thanks for at least asking managers my questions and attempting to work with me. A week ago or so I was interested in a 2014 Mustang conv. with a price of 29k and change but when I saw the final price it was way higher. After a little digging I saw they slipped in under taxes and fees over $2400 for interior and exterior sealant treatment and a lojack. This should be up front in the vehicle price not added on after the fact in fine print. I guess keeping under 30k to perk your interest and then surprise!, we're adding another $2500 to it is their way of doing business. If you can't be honest and upfront in your pricing, you won't be selling me a car! More
