Possibly the worst dealership you could go to if you need service done on your vehicle. They will dent your car, they charged me for an alignment that I didn't ask for, then had to bring it back for them to service done on your vehicle. They will dent your car, they charged me for an alignment that I didn't ask for, then had to bring it back for them to redo the alignment I would assume they didn't originally perform or did a half xxx job on it because the steering wheel was off center and pulling to the right. They blamed that It was because of a poor right front tire but before I could replace the tires after they "checked the alignment" everything was good on that part. How ironic is that?. Unfortunately my car is still leaking or burning coolant and the two times I've brought the car to be serviced AFTER the intital service was done they keep repeating that there is nothing wrong with my vehicle. So I guess when it goes back into limp mode for no coolant like it did originally I'll just have to drive it right back to the service bay. It will probably take my car actually catching on fire for them to believe something is still wrong with my car. They put a bandaid on the problem and not a solution. Replaced my shortblock and my cylinder. Claimed they put a whole new motor in. Now won't return my calls or answer when they send me to their phones. Their GM Alex hides in his office and doesn't return emails and doesnt understand the customer service aspect of his position apparently and their service manager pretends to be busy all day so he doesn't have to return any phone call either. You have to physically show up and they pretend they have no clue who you are. It's a circus over there so stay away from this dealership as a whole. All this was warranty work so because they couldn't charge me ehat they wanted too so they just looked for any little thing they could try and add to my invoice. Half the stuff they said I denied for them to fix or perform service on wasn't even offered to me. Lol. . Now that's customer service right there. More
Good service. I do wich that would at least give your car a bath before you get it back. I am a little spoiled owning other luxury vehicles, though, for a 90K tr I do wich that would at least give your car a bath before you get it back.
