Please feel free to call me after August 10th. I am in Marion, IL and Watermark Ford here in Marion will be fixing my air conditioning again. Hopefully they will fix the air conditioning this time. Normally I get great service at Bob Rohrman so I am disappointed and I hope this isn't going to be to painful of a cost but I think Bob Rohrman should be on the hook for at least part of the bill. Other then this issue Bob Rohrman Ford has been great by me and the vehicle they sold me is fantastic except for this issue. I still think highly of Bob Rohrman Service department. We all have a bad day now and then.
